Thank you so very, very much for your prompt professional service given to us on March 14, 2014. Our water pipes were frozen and we have hot water heating. This was a disaster! And when the city came they informed us we needed a valve above ground before they could do anything. I promptly called your office and the lovely lady spoke with the city official and knew exactly what we needed. She promptly sent Pascal the plumber over within 1 hour and he had the job done within the hour. He and the city official communicated back and forth and Pascal and his helper were “AWESOME”!!!! Because of your wonderful help the city returned and we are very thrilled to say we had our water again! I highly recommend Therialut Plumbing to EVERYONE!!! We can’t express enough appreciation to ALL involved form the receptionist to Pascal and his helper. You people are the BEST!!!

We bought our house in 1987 and the house was heated by a Natural Gas Lennox Pulse furnace installed by Theriault Plumbing and Heating Ltd.  We continued to have our furnace serviced by them.  Around 1995 we purchased a gas fire place and continued to have Theriault service the furnace and the fireplace. We have had very good service over the years and still have them as our Gold Plan Maintenance service provider. They come to the house once a year for cleaning and maintenance of our furnace and fireplace. Even though Theriault Plumbing & Heating is the only Lennox dealer in the Timmins area, I don’t think that we would have gone to another dealer because of the great service that they provide.  Thank you!
